The final deliverable demonstrably deviates from the explicitly agreed-upon specifications and project scope.

The service is terminated before substantial work has commenced, at the sole discretion of Easiffy.

An unforeseen and unresolvable failure to meet agreed deadlines due to internal lapses attributable solely to Easiffy.

An inadvertent duplicate payment made due to a technical error, subject to validation.

Exclusions from Refunds

Certain services and circumstances fall outside the purview of refunds, including but not limited to:

Services that have been fully rendered and formally accepted by the client.

Delays arising due to insufficient client responsiveness, including failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner.

Client-driven modifications, scope alterations, or preference shifts post-delivery.

Custom services, intellectual property, and bespoke digital solutions that have already been initiated.

Any service expressly designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Easiffy’s quality assurance team will conduct a comprehensive review and communicate a decision within 3 business days.

Refund Processing and Settlement

Approved refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method within 3 business days.

Refunds may be subject to deductions, including transaction fees and administrative costs.

For payments processed through third-party platforms, the refund timeline will be contingent upon their policies and regulations.

Amendments and Policy Evolution
